Refund Policy

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your P2B kit(s), you have 30 days after the delivery date of your products to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed since receiving your kit(s), your products will be ineligible for refund. E-Gift Cards are ineligible for return as they are non-refundable (unless refund is required by law).

To be eligible for a return, your kit box(s) must be in the same condition in which you received it, sealed in its original packaging and undamaged. Consumer health products (inside kit box(s)) are not able to be returned even if the product(s) in the box remains unopened.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are not permitted, but we do offer replacement of any item(s) inside kit(s) if damaged or defective. We do require video or image of item(s) being reported and may ask you to send the item(s) back to us. We will send replacements for any item(s) reported as damaged or defective in a sealed sleeve bag (not in a kit box(s)). The replacement item(s) will be shipped with the same shipping method as the original order.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@parent2be.us and put in the subject: “Damaged/Defective.” Please attach an image showing that the kit(s) has not been opened or damaged. Additional information may be requested to pull up your order so we can verify your request was submitted within the 30-day period.

If your return request is approved, you will be sent a return shipping label (you are responsible for the shipping fee), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. After the shipping label is provided to you, the returned item(s) must be sent within 14 days, or the return shipping label will be canceled and not processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not be responsible for any shipping fee reimbursement that was caused by not following our return policy.

You will be notified once we’ve received your returned item(s). We will record ourselves opening the package to do a final check that the kit(s) is sealed, unopened and undamaged. We will follow up to inform you whether your return has been approved or denied.

Refund:

If you received final approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit for the amount you paid will automatically be applied to the same payment method you used to purchase your product(s). (If your purchase was made using e-Gift Card(s), you will get credit put pack into an e-Gift Card(s) to use for our site, as e-Gift Card(s) are non-refundable.)

–       If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after it has been approved, contact your payment company that was used. It may be delayed on their end.

–       If you still have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at support@parent2be.us  with subject: “Processed Refund Passed 14 Business Days.” Include your order # for a faster response. If you are denied, we will communicate that to you by providing you a video of your returned item(s) when it was received to us and a reason stating why it was not accepted. (Note: If Kit Box(s) seal is open or box is damaged you will be denied instantly.)

–       Be sure to check the package before sending it back to us to avoid any issues with your refund.

–       If you would like your Kit Box(s) back if your refund request is denied, you will be charged shipping to send the item(s) back out to you.

Shipping:

You will be responsible to pay for the shipping for item(s) being returned. It will be deducted from your refund.  Shipping cost will only be covered if the item(s) was/were damaged or defective, which will be determined by P2B. For approved damaged or defective products, we will resend you the item(s) as replacement at no additional cost (meaning no shipping fee).

–       There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), so please be sure to get tracking for your order and shipping insurance if the item(s) are over $100.

E -Gift Cards:

Purchased e-Gift Card(s) are non-refundable. If you give an e-Gift Card to someone that uses it to make a purchase, know that the rule applies the same way as if it was any other payment option. All approved refunds will go back to the same payment method used when purchasing our products.  E-Gift cards do not expire and will be provided by email.
