If you are the original purchaser of the P2B kit(s) or any other product(s) sold directly to you by P2B, Inc. (a “Product(s)”,” Item(s)”, “Kit(s)”), the following limited warranty gives you certain legal rights. P2B’s warranty is valid for 3 months from the original purchase date. If contacted after 3 months from the original purchase date, the warranty is void and P2B will not assist with any issues.

Limited Warranty:

P2B, Inc. (“P2B”) warrants to you that each Product(s) will be sold and delivered to you in a sealed package/box in undamaged condition and, until the expiration date printed on the packaging of that Product(s) (if there is an expiration date it will be dated 3 months or later on the product(s)) (the “Warranty Term”), it will: (a) function in the manner described in the how-to video for the use of the Product(s), and (b) be free from defects in material and workmanship. For a Product(s) that fails to satisfy this limited warranty, it is at P2B’s discretion to either (i) replace the Product(s), or (ii) issue a refund of the price you paid P2B to buy that Product(s). To qualify/receive one of these two remedies, you must comply with the claim procedures described below in the section titled “Making a Warranty Claim”.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction to/of a Product(s) that is the result of alteration, tampering, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, or other acts of nature. Product(s) that have an expiration date will be good for use for 3 months or longer. P2B will not be replacing/refunding expired items after 3 months of purchase.

Making a Warranty Claim:

If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under this limited warranty, you must contact P2B before the end of the Warranty Term by email at support@parent2be.us . You must also provide proof of your original purchase, e.g., your purchase receipt or other proof of purchase acceptable to P2B and, if possible, the original Product(s) packaging and photographs or videos of Product(s). At P2B’s request, you shall return the Product(s).  

Exclusions and Limitations:

The limited warranty (3 months from purchase date) is the only warranty P2B provides for its products. P2B provides this limited warranty in place of all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or arising by customer, trade usage, or course of dealing. The remedies laid out in the section titled “Limited Warranty” are your sole remedies related in any way to P2B and our product(s).

P2B disclaims all other warranties to the greatest extent permitted under applicable law, including the implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If an implied warranty cannot be disclaimed under your state’s laws, it will still be limited to the warranty term. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Without limiting the foregoing in any way, P2B does not warrant that using any of its product(s) will result in pregnancy. 

P2B is not liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, including any loss of use or reputation. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. 

P2B’s liability for any damages or losses whatsoever related to a product(s) will always be subject to a maximum liability limit equal to the amount you paid P2B to buy that product(s). 

All the exclusions and limitations in this section will apply even if a portion of this limited warranty does not apply due to local laws.

Miscellaneous:

This limited warranty does not apply to any Product(s) that are purchased from someone other than P2B. If a court or arbitrator with appropriate jurisdiction rules that any term of this limited warranty is unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the remainder of this limited warranty will remain in full effect.
