Shipping Policy

Attention:

Due to the pandemic, deliveries are experiencing not on time deliveries due to staff shortage and high order volumes which can delay your box(s) from the original time frame. Please order kit(s) in a month in advance so that it doesn’t not impact your window of ovulation in any way.

P2B, appreciate all of our customers for their patience during these times. We have no control over our country or shipping conditions/guidelines on how they are handling mail during this pandemic. If your package gets delayed, P2B is not going to be responsible for it. P2B provides tracking for their shipping so you can know where your package is at all times. If your package is late, contact shipment carrier to get an update. If you have not received your item(s) for a month and it is showing that it is lost in transit. Contact us  support@parent2be.us select Subject: “Lost Package” and in the body of the email provide us your order confirmation #. 

Orders placed near a USA Holidays: If you place an order near or on the day of a USA Holiday, your order can be delayed by shipping due to postal service not delivery on certain holidays. If you place an order outside of our business hours and or on a USA Holiday/Eve, your order will not be processed nor shipped until the next following business day. Please see the list of Holidays that will impact your order to be processed (P2B Closed) or delivery (Carrier).

Shipping Policy Breakdown:

Shipping Policy can be updated at any time depending on high volume orders, impacts in the country, restock products delay, and carrier delays.

All orders will be shipped within 72 hours during business days. Meaning that if you place an order on a Friday the order will not be shipped later than Wednesday. Give yourself enough time to have your kit(s) to get to you. Try to place your orders at least a minimum of one week before ovulation. The more time the better to avoid any interruption that can cause delays. P2B Business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PT. You may place your orders at any time but keep in mind the delivery blackout dates for Carriers can cause shipping delay and P2B Closed days due to Holidays. P2B is not responsible for late delivery, check the P2B Closed or Carrier impact dates above.

Once your order is in transit, that is considered the first day of the estimated delivery time. Delivery can be impacted by dates you ordered if near a holiday or if carrier or P2B is experiencing a high volume of orders. High volume from our carrier or within P2B can delay your order.

Damages:

If any item(s) inside the kit(s) are damaged or defective. We do require video or image of item(s) being reported and may ask you to send the item(s) back to us. We will send replacements for any item(s) reported as damaged or defective in a sealed sleeve bag (not in a kit box(s). The replacement item(s) will be shipped with the same shipping method as the original order.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase. (This is mailed to the email address you used when placing your order. If you can’t find it, feel free to contact us at support@parent2be.us select Subject: “Damaged/Defective”. To avoid delay email from the email you used on your order, if you email us from an email that we do not have on file we will need to ask some verification questions to verify that we are speaking with you.

  • We have a 30-day return policy
  • To be eligible for a return, your kit box(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed in its original packaging and undamaged.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item(s).
  • Depending on where you are shipping from, the time it may take for your return to be received and processed could vary.
  • If you are shipping an item(s) over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Please Note: All mailed returns that did not meet our requirements listed in the Return. We can send damaged or defective item(s) back to you, but you will be charged for shipping to send the item(s) back.
